One of the great wines of the year, I am not sure if I have tasted many better wines from this vintage than the 2012 Flowers Sea View Ridge Pinot Noir. Medium ruby, garnet color; fresh, pure and super fine aromas of wild strawberries and fragrant flowers, some earth to keep the wine grounded, excellent depth and persistence; medium bodied, zesty, zippy and sinful on the palate, this wine is so alive, nice textures add a feeling of satisfaction; long finish, brisk and bright in the aftertaste.
