- Double distilled in Japanese copper pot stills at Matsui’s Kurayoshi Distillery
- Non-age statement; aged in ex-bourbon barrels
- Proofed with the soft groundwater of Tottori Prefecture’s Mount Daisen
- Leather, charred oak, damp forest floor, and a touch of vanilla greet the nose before progressing to a light, oily palate of cherry tobacco, toasted cinnamon, and freshly cut white oak with burnt marshmallow, pine resin, and white pepper on the finish
