Brix City Brewing Description
Atonal Jams is a new NE style DIPA. Rocking with a slightly lower ABV than we normally hit on our DIPAs and forgoing the usual use of Mosaic, this one is a slightly different take on our Jams IPAs. We hit this beer with a Double Dry Hopping of fresh Riwaka, Nectaron, and Citra for some extra citrus-forward notes. Pouring a vibrant yellow-orange color, we’re getting notes of juicy lime, tangerine slices, grapefruit zest, ripe passionfruit, pineapple chunks, and melon.
