Brix City Brewing Description
Brewed in collaboration with our friends from Beacon, NY, Pillow and Oats Brewing. This one was brewed with a HUGE amount of Oats in the grain bill, creating a super soft, pillowy, mouthfeel. We then hit Jam Your Oats with a big Double Dry Hopping of fresh, 2024 crop, Nelson and Riwaka from @freestylehops and a touch of Citra to round things out. Pouring an opaque tangerine color, this beer is dank and juicy with notes reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc grapes, pink grapefruit, juicy passion fruit, white peach, and tangelo.
