The Chablisienne Description
Pale gold color, limpid and brilliant with golden reflections.
The first nose is mineral with light notes of flint and flint.
After oxygenation, it opens with lemony and citrus notes (zest) with a slightly buttery, brioche base.
The attack on the palate is lively with lots of energy. We find these notes of zest and tangy fruit with a beautiful richness at the end of the palate with more toasted notes of dried fruit.
A straight and dynamic wine which expresses good aging potential.
It will be perfect as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to oysters, sushi, fish in sauce or just seared on the plancha.
