The 2014 Brunello di Montalcino offers immediate ripeness and soft fruit intensity. Despite the cool conditions of this growing season, some wines from this vintage actually appear very lush and fruit-forward. This is one of them. The bouquet is enhanced with dark berry aromas backed by spice, clove, leather and potting soil. In the mouth, the wine reveals a mid-weight approach with good length and bright acidity.
