La Chabilsienne Description
The premier Cru, a rare wine, fleshy and round, is made with grapes from chardonnay vines that grow on a clay and limestone soil deriving from Kimmerdgian geological times. The vineyard is located on the left bank of the River Serein on the right hillside of the small valley joining the villages of Beines and Poinchy.
