The Holstein Estate Vineyard and winery are located on Jackson’s Childhood property in the Dundee Hills of Oregon. Originally planted in 1972, the 10- acre property is uniquely situated on the eastern edge of the Dundee Hills at an elevation ranging from 615 to 720 feet. Portions of the vineyard face all directions, providing diversity and unique tendencies from each block. The soil beneath is classi ed as Jory – rich in both iron and clay with fractured basalt bedrock underneath. The Holstein Estate vineyard is Granville’s North star. From bud break to harvest, it shapes the approach to the season across all fruit sources. Internally farmed and touched by every person on the team, this site is meticulously doted over all year long and has a long track record of producing world class wines.
