Escorihuela Gascón Description
- Aging: 8 months in stainless steel tanks and 8 months in bottle.
- Appearance: Deep violet red with matching reflections, bright and agile in the glass.
- Nose: The nose offers a good fruity flow with earthy hints. Aromas of black and red fruits such as plums, black cherries, blueberries and blackberries stand out. Then notes of violets, aromatic herbs, thyme and rosemary emerge, and balsamic hints that differentiate the complexity and character of Malbec from cold, high-altitude climates.
- Palate: A pleasant and light palate, with a tasty and refreshing mid-palate thanks to vibrant acidity. Medium-bodied with juicy tannins that provide firmness and a long finish. Fruity and spacious aftertaste with earthy tones. It is a red wine faithful to its origin.
