Domaine de Pellehaut Description
Harmonie de Gascogne is the first “cuvée” of the estate. Originally there were only 2 grape varieties in that wine. Now there are 5 to 7 grape varieties. By this “cuvée”, Mathieu BERAUT wants to highlight the expression of his terroir through all the grapes cultivated on the estate and representative of the diversity of the estate. The goal of this “cuvée” is to achieve the perfect harmony between the different grape varieties from one year to the next, by exploiting their complementarity.
Tasting:
- A yellow hue, with green reflections. A fresh nose, with notes of passion fruit, verbena and lime.
- The mouth is invigorating with its blend of citrus, mixed with the freshness of mint.
- To be enjoyed with seafood, fish or poultry.
- For example on your starters made of whelks accompanied by an aioli or on grilled white fish or white meat dishes.
