Domaine Pero Longo Description
Grown on granite arenas Nielluccio, Sciacarello and Grenache are planted with a planting density of 3,300 hectare vines. The exposure is southwest. The vines are cultivated in Bio-Dynamic without the addition of fertilizers to get the best out of the expression of this particular terroir.
- Tasting: This clear and brilliant wine has a deep ruby color of beautiful intensity. Its gourmet nose of ripe fruits (blackberries, blackcurrants) is supported by notes of garrigue and maquis (thyme, myrtle). On the palate, it reveals a beautiful breadth, with a nice tannic structure and an aromatic persistence on the notes of fruit.
- Food and Wine Pairing: For red meats, grills, cheese, this wine pairs easily with a wide variety of dishes.
