Domaine Domaine Agnes & Didier Dauvissat Description
Domaine Agnes et Didier Dauvissat, Chablis AOC is a fresh white dry wine made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the vineyards of the Chablis appellation, in the communes of Courgi and Fie. The soils of the vineyard are clay-lime, marl, with a large number of small fossilized oyster shells. The vineyards have a southern exposure. The average age of the vines reaches 26 years.
