Champagne Collery Description
The NV Rosé Grand Cru is a blended rosé whose structure is brought by the frame of Pinot Noir, elegantly balanced by its Chardonnay. Its richness in red wine and its content dosage makes it a wine to be enjoyed in any season, as an aperitif as with a meal.
- Eye: Coral pink hue with bright coppery reflections.
- Regular effervescence of fine bubbles.
- Nose: Straight, loose and well structured, the first nose delivers notes of rose, raspberry alcohol, and rhubarb.
- The opening reveals shades of blood orange and lemon
- Mouth: Pure and tasty attack, revealing aromas of stone fruits (griotte/morello cherry, mirabelle/sweet yellow plum) and citrus (orange).
The tangy framework structures this cuvée wonderfully, punctuated by the bitter pink grapefruit.
