Cesari Description
The Garganega and Chardonnay grapes that characterize this Garda DOC come from vineyards enhanced by the proximity to Lake Garda, which mitigates the climate and avoids temperature changes, as well as providing flavor and minerality balanced by a pleasant acidity. Vinification in steel, with contact with lees for two months.
- Tasting Notes: On the nose, Bianco Garda DOC Centofilari presents tropical, citrus and white flower notes. The entry into the mouth is accompanied by a well-present and defined acidity, with a note of savouriness and freshness that complete the drink.
