Bodegas Oran Description
In 1860, a cochinita, or piglet, was involved in an extraordinary event in the lands of Extremadura's El Raposo Valley in Spain. The piglet was suffering from swollen feet and was found covered in mud in a pond. It was believed to be dead, but to everyone's surprise it rose up frull of energy and without any symptoms of disease.
The new spread quickly. Many people arrived to try the healing mud. The place soon became famous and today our vineyard is nestled in this valley.
Our Cochinita represents the healing properties of our land, bestowing it with superpowers that make it invincible.
