For this award-winning whisky I have personally chosen the sweet and elegant flavors of classic Speyside malts such as Cardhu, Glen Elgin and Auchroisk to blend with fruity and complex Highland Malts, including Blair Athol, and have selected beautifully aged Island malts for their subtle smokiness.
