Gran Duque d'Alba Description
Brandy made from distillates of excellent wines (Holandas) and matured for a long time in American oak casks. Duque de Alba becomes the raw material for Gran Duque de Alba Oro, advancing again through the soleraje process through five criaderas until reaching the solera.
- Appearance: A noble color between antique mahogany and ebony, very shiny.
- Nose: Intense nose, with notes of vanilla and forest leaves, undoubtedly characteristic of its long aging years.
- Taste: Complex and majestic in the mouth with a finish that is both fatty and unctuous with velvety notes.
- Pairing: Accompanied by dried fruit such as apricots, prunes or figs, its majestic, complex and velvety flavor is enhanced.
