Hakkaisan Brewery Co. Description
Hakkaisan's original Yukimuro sake is aged for three years, but by aging the sake for five additional years, the aroma, flavor, and texture become gentler and milder with an increased depth of umami. The umami and cereal grain characteristics may remind you of the many years this sake has matured carefully in Hakkaisan's Yukimuro (snow storage room).
