Umanpivo Description
Light unfiltered wheat lager top-fermented milky-yellow color has a complex and rich aroma of malt and spices combined with hints of fruit. Fried wheat bread smeared with olive oil and Provence herbs successfully emphasizes the slightly sweet, spicy-malty with spicy notes of coriander taste. This unique and sophisticated beer uses selective barley malt (Pilsner type) in combination with more than 50% wheat malt and with the addition of hops.
