Brix City Brewing Description
Splashing down like a torrent of pure awesomeness is our new collaboration with our friends from Herndon, Virginia, Juicy Brewing Co. Urge to Merge is a new 8% DIPA brewed to emphasis some of our favorite New Zealand hops. Double Dry Hopped with a ludicrous amount of NZ Nectaron and Motueka, we rounded it off with a touch of Strata for depth. Pouring this beer into a glass reveals a saturated orange-yellow liquid topped with a fluffy white head. Taking a sip of this juicy banger reveals notes reminiscent of Naval oranges, zesty lime, ripe peach, freshly peeled lychees, tropical passion fruit, and Sauvignon Blanc grapes.
