Brix City Brewing Description
If you don’t have some fresh fish, you can get lost! Fresh Fish Daily is an 8% NE style DIPA. We hit this one with a big ol’ Double Dry Hopping of tropical Rakau, Motueka, and a recent favorite, Anchovy (see what we did there).
Pouring this beer into a glass reveals a bright yellow liquid and on tasting we’re finding notes of lemon-lime, watermelon flavored Jolly Ranchers, light raspberry, tangerine zest, and a touch of pine
