Brix City Brewing Description
Conceived as a Cold IPA version of our beloved Tasty Jams, we brewed Cooler Jams with a Lager yeast strain before hitting it with a massive Double Dry Hopping of Citra, Citra Cryo, Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo. Pouring this beer into a glass reveals a translucent golden-yellow colored liquid topped with a fluffy white head. Upon tasting we’re getting notes reminiscent of ripe pineapple, Naval oranges, and juicy blueberries with a crisp, refreshing, finish.
